摘要
目前,家畜精液冷冻技术已发展得较为成熟,但精液冻后质量仍达不到理想的效果,其中冷冻-解冻过程中的氧化应激是影响精液品质的主要因素之一。褪黑素是一种具有较强抗氧化作用的胺类物质,本文主要综述了褪黑素的抗氧化作用及其对家畜冻精品质影响的研究进展,旨在为褪黑素在家畜冻精生产中的应用提供参考依据。
At present,Semen freezing technology had become more mature,but the quality of frozen semen stil didn’t achieve the desired results.And oxidative stress caused by freeze-thaw was one of the main factors affecting semen quality.Melatonin was an amine that had strong anti-oxidant effect.This article mainly reviewed the research progress of melatonin's anti-oxidation and its influence on the quality of frozen sperm of domestic animals.The aim was to provide reference for the application of melatonin on the production of frozen sperm.
