三仁通便汤治疗湿热壅滞型功能性便秘32例

摘要
目的观察三仁通便汤治疗湿热壅滞型功能性便秘的临床效果。方法选取32例诊断为湿热壅滞型便秘的患者,服用三仁通便汤治疗。结果总有效率为93.75%,治愈率为59.38%。结论对湿热壅滞型便秘患者行三仁通便汤治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,并且无严重的毒副作用,临床治疗效果良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanren Tongbian decoction on functional constipation of damp-heat stagnation type. Methods Thirty-two patients with constipation of damp-heat stagnation type admitted to our hospital were treated with Sanren Tongbian decoction. Results The total effective rate was 93.75%, and the cure rate was 59.38%. Conclusion Sanren Tongbian decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of constipation patients with damp-heat stagnation without serious toxic and side effects, and has a good clinical effect.
