摘要
文章介绍二次有限元法分析波导本征值问题的基本原理和计算过程,建立相应的仿真模型,实例仿真计算了双脊圆波导的截止波长、单模带宽,仿真出了波导的场结构。并与已有的国外权威刊物上发表的数据资料进行了对比,数据误差较小,表明该方法的有效性和仿真模型的正确性。这些结果和计算数据将为曲边波导器件的小型化提供指导,对工程设计具有一定的实用价值。
This paper introduces the basic principle and calculation process of the waveguide eigenvalue problem by the quadratic finite element method, and establishes the corresponding simulation model. Compared with the data published in some foreign authoritative journals, the data error is small, which shows the validity of the method and the correctness of the simulation model. These results and calculated data will provide guidance for miniaturization of curved waveguide devices and have certain practical value for engineering design.
