摘要
针对城市高架桥改建工程中的既有高架桥爆破拆除、机械凿除等存在的能耗高、污染重的问题,提出基于资源节约和环境友好理念的梁体分段驮运移除方法。以上海S26公路入城段北翟路高架3×33m连续梁快速拆除工程为例,进行大吨位、大体积预应力混凝土梁体的快速分段移除施工、既有桥梁下部结构再利用和梁体混凝土废渣回填路基的工程应用研究。结果表明:梁体分段驮运移除、既有桥梁下部结构和梁体混凝土废渣再利用技术的配合实施,可明显缩短改建工程的工期,显著降低能耗和噪音、灰尘等环境污染,对既有交通的影响小,具有显著的经济社会效益和推广应用价值。
        In the reconstruction of urban viaducts,blasting or mechanical removal of the existing structures is highly energy-costing and brings severe pollution.In this light,to use the selfpropelled modular transporters to move the divided girder sections based on the resource saving and environment-friendly concept was proposed.The Beizhai Road Viaduct on the urban-accessing part of the S26 highway in Shanghai was cited as an example.The viaduct was a 3×33 mcontinuous beam structure and was dismantled by the fast removing method.The studies were carried out on the fast removal of the large tonnage and large volume prestressed concrete beam section by section,and the reuse of the existing substructure and the abandoned girder concrete for subgrade backfilling were also examined.The results show that the complementary operation of the removal of beam sections and the reuse of the abandoned concrete of the substructure and beams can notably shorten the reconstruction time of the project,save energy and reduce the noise and dust pollution,and the disruption to the transportation is also minimized.The techniques are considered having remarkable social and economical benefits as well as promising application potential.
