摘要
研究实心轮胎硫化工艺与机器人系统配合实现自动化的方式。通过在实心轮胎硫化工艺中采用机器人上下料技术,可以1人操作多台硫化机,实现自动换模、自动锁模、自动装卸胎,提高生产效率,降低人为操作对产品质量的影响,实现硫化工艺自动化操作。
The automation of solid tire curing process using a robotic system was studied. By using robotic loading and unloading technology in solid tire curing process,multiple curing machines could be operated by a single person,and the automation of mold changing,mold locking and tire loading and unloading were achieved. With the automatic operation of curing process,the production efficiency was improved,and the effect of man-operation on product quality was reduced.
