摘要
目的:优化止泻木子中锥丝碱的提取工艺,为止泻木子质量控制标准的建立奠定基础。方法:在单因素试验基础上,以提取时间、甲醇浓度、料液比为因素,以止泻木子中锥丝碱提取得率为响应值,采用三因素三水平响应曲面试验设计法,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取时间70 min、甲醇浓度75%、料液比1∶9。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、预测性良好。
Objective: The process of extracting conessine from Holarrhena antidysenteriaca optimized for establishing the quality control standards of Holarrhena antidysenteriaca. Methods: Based on the results of single factor tests,we selected extraction time,methanol concentration and solid/liquid ratio as the experimental factors and used the extraction yield of conessine from as the response value. Results: The optimal extraction parameters were as follows: extraction time 70 min,methanol concentration 75%,solid/liquid ratio 1: 9. Conclusion: The extraction method is reliable,reasonable and highly predictable.
