复方血栓通胶囊联合激光光凝术治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞疗效。方法选取福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院2016年10月至2017年12月收治的视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者54例作为研究对象,分为观察组(n=27)给予复方血栓通胶囊联合激光光凝术治疗,对照组(n=27)给予激光光凝术治疗。比较两组患者治疗后视力恢复、视网膜出血吸收情况、黄斑区水肿厚度及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组患者视力进步及稳定人数优于对照组,治疗总有效率96.31%(26/27)高于对照组74.07%(20/27);两组治疗后视网膜黄斑厚度较治疗前降低,观察组视网膜黄斑水肿厚度低于对照组,观察组患者经治疗后视网膜出血吸收情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者无并发症发生,对照组治疗后出现3例黄斑裂孔,1例视网膜脱离,1例玻璃体大量积血。结论视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者在激光光凝术治疗基础上联合复方血栓通胶囊进行治疗效果显著,方案值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of Fu Fang Xue Shuan Tong Jiao Nang combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion. Methods 54 cases of branch retinal vein occlusion patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Quanzhou, Fujian Medical University from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. 27 patients who were given retinal laser photocoagulation treatment were control group.The observation group(n=27) were given Fu Fang Xue Shuan Tong Jiao Nang combined with retinal laser photocoagulation treatment. Visual acuity recovery, retinal hemorrhage absorption, macular edema thickness and total effective rate were compared between the two groups after treatment. Result After treatment, the visual acuity recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate was 96.31%(26/27)higher than that of the control group 74.07%(20/27). The thickness of retinal macula after treatment was lower than that before treatment. The thickness of macular edema in the retina was lower than that in the control group. The retinal hemorrhage absorption in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, no complications occurred in the observation group. After treatment, 3 cases of macular hole, 1 case of retinal detachment, and 1 case of massive vitreous hemorrhage. Conclusion Patients with retinal branch vein occlusion combined with Fu Fang Xue Shuan Tong Jiao Nang on the basis of laser photocoagulation treatment have significant therapeutic effect, and the program is worthy of promotion.
