摘要
目的探讨鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取40例肺癌患者作为观察组,同时选取40例健康体检者作为对照组,检测对比两组血清SCC-Ag、NSE和HCY的水平,观察SCC-Ag、NSE和HCY联合检测对肺癌的特异性及敏感性。结果单项检测时,SCC-Ag、NSE和HCY诊断肺癌的特异性较高,分别为82.50%,87.50%和85.00%;敏感性并不高,分别为57.50%,55.00%和52.50%,3项联合检测时,特异性略有降低,为77.50%,敏感性明显增高,为95.00%,SCC-Ag、NSE和HCY联合检测的特异性与单项检测对比差异无统计学意义;3项指标单项检测敏感性显著低于联合检测的敏感性(P<0.05)。此外,肺癌组患者血清SCCAg、NSE和HCY均显著高于健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清SCC-Ag、NSE和HCY联合检测肺癌能明显提升肺癌诊断的敏感性及检出率,对于肺癌诊断临床应用具有很高的应用价值。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag), neuron specific enolase(NSE) and homocysteine(HCY) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 40 cases of lung cancer were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The serum levels of SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY were measured and compared with the two groups. The specificity and sensitivity of SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY to lung cancer were observed. Results The specificity of SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY in the diagnosis of lung cancer was higher, 82.50%, 87.50% and 85%, respectively, and the sensitivity was not high, 57.50%, 55% and 52.50% respectively. The specificity decreased slightly, 77.50%, and the sensitivity increased, 95%, SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY. There was no significant difference between the specificity and the single test, and the sensitivity of the 3 items was significantly lower than the sensitivity of the joint detection(P<0.05). In addition, the serum SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY of the patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in the healthy physical examination group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum SCC-Ag, NSE and HCY combined detection of lung cancer can obviously improve the sensitivity and detection rate of lung cancer diagnosis, which is of high value for the clinical application of lung cancer diagnosis.
