摘要

电能替代技术是未来改善能源问题的重要手段。通过分析上海能源政策环境,探索推广电能替代技术的政策空间,且对近年来上海能源消费情况进行研究,包括能源消费结构与消费趋势,判断电能替代的具体实施场所,并提出相关建议。
        Electrical energy substitution is an important means to improve energy problems in the future. By analyzing the Shanghai energy policy we can explore and spread the electric energy substitution. And this paper studies the energy consumption in Shanghai in recent years, including the structure on consumption and the trends, gave suggestion on dedicated scenarios
