摘要
化学品泄漏事故主要原因一般是由于装有化学品的汽车容器破裂或阀门的损坏才造成易燃与易爆可燃烧液体的流出。本文根据化工车间安全与物联网的现实需求,分析了工程建设以及应用中尚存的一系列问题,利用FPGA、传感器、监控系统软件提出了物联网环境下化工依然监测系统解决方案,使工作人员及时了解生产过程中温度、压力数据,为产品安全生产提供有力保障。
The main cause of chemical spills is generally the rupture of flammable and explosive combustible liquids due to rupture of the car container containing the chemical or damage to the valve. According to the practical requirements of safety supervision and disaster prevention in chemical workshop and Internet of things, this paper analyzes a series of problems existing in engineering construction and application, and uses FPGA, sensor and monitoring system software to propose solutions for chemical monitoring systems in the Internet of Things environment, so that staff Keep abreast of the temperature and pressure data in the production process, and provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of products.
