摘要
本试验通过给育成牛肌肉注射维生素ADE注射液,检测血清生化相关指标变化情况,以深入了解肌肉注射维生素ADE对动物生理生化功能的影响,为维生素ADE注射液临床应用提供依据。选取公母兼有的9月龄育成牛30头;随机分为两组,对照组与试验组各15头。试验组肌内注射维生素ADE(1.5mL/50kg体重),对照组不作处理。在注射第0、1、3、5、7天采集两组牛各3头牛血样进行血清相关生化指标检测。结果:①试验组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量随给药时间的推移呈下降趋势,并在注射第7天极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);②试验组总抗氧能力(T-AOC)逐渐上升,在注射后第7天极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);③试验组谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)呈现波动变化,但均高于对照组,GPT活性在注射后第7天与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),GOT在第1天与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);④试验组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量升高,在第7天与对照差异极显著(P<0.01);⑤甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)两项指标,试验组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:肌肉注射维生素ADE明显提高了育成牛血清总抗氧化能力,能够清除体内自由基,减少机体脂质过氧化的发生,从而减少脂质过氧化物的分解产物MDA的生成,减轻了对细胞和机体损伤;ALP分泌量增加,调节了育成牛钙磷代谢水平,使骨细胞代谢活跃,促进了骨骼生长;同时GPT、GOT活性升高,反映了育成牛的蛋白质代谢水平提高;所测得的TG、TC含量没有显著变化,说明维生素ADE对机体脂肪酸的合成和分解代谢无影响。
        In this experiment,the changes of serum biochemical indexes were detected by injecting vitamin ADE injection into the muscle of heifers,and the effects of intramuscular injection of ADE on the physiological and biochemical functions of animals were analyzed.The aim of study that would provide basis for the clinical application of vitamin ADE injection.Totally 30 9-month-old heifers with both male and female was selected,they were divided into 2 groups,and each 15 heifers in the control group and in the test group.The muscle of heifers were injected vitamin ADE in the test group by(1.5 mL/50 kg body weight).Blood samples were collected before injection and after administration of drug on the first,third,fifth and seventh days and serum-related biochemical indicators were detected.Results showed that:①The content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) decreased with the time and was significantly lower than the control group after injection the seventh day(P<0.01).②The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) gradually increased,it was significantly(P<0.01) higher than the control group after injection the seventh day.③Alanine aminotransferase(GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase(GOT) showedfluctuations,but they were higher than the control group.GPT activity was observably different from the control group after injection the seventh day(P<0.05).GOT were observably different from the control(P<0.01) after injection the first day.④Alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity increased gradually and were observably different from the control after injection the seventh days.⑤The contents of triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) had no significant difference from the control group.Intramuscular injection of vitamin ADE observably improves the total antioxidant capacity of the heifers serum.The vitamin ADE can scavenge free radicals in the body and reduce the occurrence of lipid peroxidation.In addition,the decomposition product MDA was reduced.In the meantime,the damage to cells and body was alleviated.The increase of ALP secretion regulated the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus metabolism of the heifers.These consequence lead to growth of bone.GPT and GOT activity increased and suggested increasing the level of protein metabolism the heifers;there was no significant change in the content of TG,TC,indicating that vitamin ADE had no effect on the synthesis and catabolism of fatty acids.
