摘要
【目的】研究桑枝种植铁皮石斛的可行性,为研究适宜广西桑枝资源综合利用及种植名贵药材铁皮石斛开辟新途径。【方法】以广西凌云县一年生铁皮石斛苗为种苗,桑枝为辅料,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,在种植铁皮石斛常用的松树皮中添加不同比例的桑枝进行比较试验,设计五种栽培基质95%松树皮+5%桑枝屑(A),90%松树皮+10%桑枝屑(B),85%松树皮+15%桑枝屑(C),80%松树皮+20%桑枝屑(D),75%松树皮+25%桑枝屑(E),比较各栽培基质种植种苗后的存活率和株高。【结果】试验结果表明:铁皮石斛苗分别经过5种不同桑枝屑比例的栽培基质处理后植株增长的高度出现偏差,栽培基质E处理对刺激植株增长能力最强;栽培基质B以及栽培基质A次之;五种不同基质的石斛成活率都比较高,基质间成活率的效果差异不显著。【结论】添加25%桑枝屑是铁皮石斛生长的较佳条件,其存活率和株高都比利用其它4种不同桑枝屑比例的基质较高,存活率为100%,株高达到25.67cm。
        【Objective】Based on single factor completely random experiment design to study the feasibility of planting annualdendrobium officinale Kimura etMigo from Lingyun County of Guangxi using mulberry branches. 【Method】The experiment was carried out by adding different proportion of mulberry branches to the bark that common used for plantingdendrobium officinale Kimura etMigo for comparison. To compare the survival rate and plant height, five cultivation substrates were designed : 95% pine bark + 5% mulberry branch sawdust(A), 90% pine bark + 10% mulberry branch sawdust(B), 85% pine bark +15% mulberry branch sawdust(C), 80% pine bark + 20% mulberry branch sawdust(D), 75% pine bark + 25% mulberry branch sawdust(E). 【Result】The results showed that the height of plant growth of dendrobium candidum seedlings treated with five different mulberry branches and cuttings was deviated,and the cultivation medium E treatment had the strongest ability to stimulate plant growth. The survival rate of dendrobium was higher than that of substrate B and A, and the survival rate of dendrobium officinalis was not significantly different among the five substrates. 【Conclusion】The results showed that matrix E with 25% mulberry branch sawdust had the best effect, the survival rate ofdendrobium officinale Kimura etMigo was 100% and the plant height was 25. 67 cm.
