摘要
目的:建立祖师麻干膏粉的质量控制方法。方法:对祖师麻干膏粉中祖师麻进行薄层色谱鉴别;采用HPLC法对祖师麻甲素进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;祖师麻甲素进样量在0.5~8.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为1.48%(n=9)。结论:本研究建立的TLC和HPLC法专属性强、准确度高、重复性好,可用于祖师麻干膏粉的质量控制。
        To establish the method for quality control of Zhushima dry extract. Methods: Cortex Daphnes in Zhushima dry extract were identified by TLC. The content of daphnetin in Zhushima dry extract was determined by HPLC. The spots on TLC plate were clear and the negative control sample had no interference. A good linearity was obtained for daphnetin in the range of 0.5 μg~8.0μg(r =0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.90%(RSD =1.48%,n =9). Conclusion: The method is specific,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Zhushima dry extract.
