摘要
研究不同层积时间和赤霉素质量浓度对唐古特瑞香种子萌发的影响。结果表明,唐古特瑞香种子层积120d后,用300mg.L-1赤霉素浸种,效果最佳,发芽率与发芽势分别为27.3%和14.0%,极显著高于其他处理;层积90d用300mg.L-1赤霉素与层积120d用500mg.L-1赤霉素处理,种子发芽率分别为20.3%和19.3%,发芽势分别为12.7%和12.0%。可见:不同层积时间与不同质量浓度赤霉素配合处理,可提高唐古特瑞香种子发芽率和发芽势。
        Effects of different stratification time and gibberellin concentrations on seed germination of Daphne tangutica were studied by 24 h seed-soaking treatments.The most obvious effect was observed on the seeds with stratification time for 120 days and soaked with 300 mg·L-1 gibberellin for 24 h,the germination rate was 27.3% and germination potential was 14.0%,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Germination rate and germination potential for the seeds treated with stratification time for 90 days,soaked with 300 mg·L-1gibberellin was 20.3% and 12.7%,and it was 19.3% and 12.0% for the treatment of 120 days stratification time and 500 mg·L-1 gibberellin.The combination treatment of different stratification time and different mass concentrations of gibberellin can effectively improve the germination rate and germination potential of Daphne tangutica seeds.
