强碱三元复合驱不同阶段清防垢技术措施

摘要
大庆油田首个强碱三元复合驱示范区在生产过程中出现较为严重的井筒结垢问题。注入孔隙体积0.03PV后,采出井首次见垢,通过分析垢样成分、结垢速度,研究结垢规律,优选了物理防垢泵、化学防垢剂、化学清垢剂等一系列清防垢技术方法。不同时期结垢形态有所差别,结垢初期,以碳酸盐垢为主,采用长柱塞短泵筒抽油泵和小过盈螺杆泵防垢举升技术,井口点滴加药技术、小修解卡技术防垢措施;结垢中后期,以硅酸盐垢为主,采用了集中加药技术、化学解卡技术、套管除垢技术和地面杆管清垢技术的防治措施。通过对采出井结垢进行判断,不同结垢阶段采取相应的清防垢组合措施,三元复合驱全过程垢卡检泵周期能够达到300d以上,取得了最佳的防垢组合措施效果,提高了结垢井的运转周期,形成了一套适合于二类油层强碱三元复合驱全生命周期的举升和清防垢工艺技术,对完善三元复合驱配套工艺具有重要意义。
        Serious scale formation in wellbore appeared during the production of ASP flooding in the first industrial demonstration area of Daqing Oilfield.After pore volume of 0.03 was injected,the scale was first formed in the production wells.By analyzing the composition of scale sample and the rate of scale formation,the scale formation mechanism was studied.Physical scale pump,chemical scale inhibitor and chemical scale removing agent were optimized to form a series of on-site scale removal and prevention method.Various scale state appears at various stages.At the initial stage of scale formation,carbonate scale dominated may be prevented by anti-scale lifting technology of long plunger pump with short pump barrel and small interference screw pump,and the well head drip dosing technology and minor repair and unstuck technology as well as.At the middle-late stages of scaling formation,silicate scale dominated may be prevented by the technologies of centralized dosing,chemical unstucking,casing descaling and ground rod scale prevention.The scale in the production wells was judged and corresponding anti-scale measures may be taken at various stages.Pump checking period is up to more than 300 days because of scale formation during the ASP flooding.The best effect of anti-scale combination measures was achieved,and the running period of the wells with scale formation was prolonged.A set of lifting and anti-scale technology during the whole life cycle suitable for ASP flooding in Class Ⅱ reservoirs was formed eventually.It is of great significance to improving the supporting technology of the ASP flooding.
