临床工程维修工作中芯片级维修的步骤与前景展望

摘要
芯片级维修工作枯燥而又有高度的挑战性。这项工作的意义在于把原本模块级的维修,变成了芯片级的维修,极大降低了维修的成本。精密医疗设备几万、十几万元的维修费用,成本就可以降低为几元、几十元,还能通过维修案例的汇总分析,了解到故障频发的原因、是否有设计的缺陷、元器件参数选用的不合适等情况,减少故障恢复的时间成本和资金成本。
Chip maintenance is boring and highly challenging, but it makes sense. The significance of this work is to turn the original modular maintenance into chip-level maintenance, which greatly reduces the cost of maintenance. Tens of thousands, more than 100,000 yuan of maintenance costs, the cost can be reduced to a few yuan, dozens of yuan. It is also possible to understand the causes of frequent failures, design defects, and improper selection of component parameters through the summary analysis of maintenance cases.
