摘要

当前,随着世界技能大赛的热潮,技工教育越来越受重视,但是技工院校人才培养受困于诸多因素而与行业脱节严重。本文主要以化妆品技术与营销专业为例,探索基于工作过程的课程体系的构建,能够使化妆品专业人才培养与企业实现有效衔接,对其它专业课程体系的构建有较好的借鉴价值,同时对技工教育的研究也有一定的帮助。
        At present, with the upsurge of the World Skills, more and more attention has been paid to the mechanics education. However, due to many factors the training of talents in mechanics school is seriously disjointed to the industry. Taking cosmetic technology and marketing as an example, this paper explores the construction of course system based on working process, which can effectively link up the training of cosmetic professionals with enterprises, and has a good reference value for other majors, also it is helpful for the research of technical education.
