红细胞分布宽度指数在缺铁性贫血和珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患者中的诊断价值
摘要
目的评价红细胞分布宽度指数(RDWI)在区分育龄女性缺铁性贫血(IDA)和β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血(简称地贫)(β-TT)患者中的意义。方法选取2017年6-12月在该院妇女保健中心行婚前检查的42例β-TT和96例IDA女性患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析两组患者平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)等,并计算两组患者RDWI(MCV×RDW/RBC)。结果与IDA组比较,β-TT组RBC稍高,MCV明显降低;比较RDW和RDWI,对于β-TT而言,RDWI具有更高的敏感度和特异度。结论 RDWI可作为区分IDA与β-TT的可靠参数。
