护理指导功能锻炼结合针刺与中频对类风湿性关节炎疗效的影响

摘要
目的探讨护理指导功能锻炼结合针刺与电脑中频对类风湿性关节炎疗效的影响。方法将2011年3月至2013年5月76例我院住诊的类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组40例采用护理指导功能锻炼结合针刺与电脑中频综合治疗,对照组36例采用针刺与电脑中频治疗。结果研究组和对照组的治愈率分别为47.50%和16.67%,临床总有效率分别为90.00%和72.22%,经Ridit分析发现,研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理指导功能锻炼可明显提高针刺与电脑中频治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing guiding functional exercises combined with acupuncture and intermediate frequency acupuncture against rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from March 2011 to May2013 were randomly divided into study group and control group: the study group used nursing guiding functional training combined with comprehensive treatment of acupuncture and computer intermediate frequency,the control group received acupuncture and intermediate frequency treatment.Results In the study group and control group,the curative rate was 47.50% and 16.67%,respectively; the total clinical efficiency was 90.00% and 72.22%,respectively.The Ridit analysis showed that the efficiency of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.01).Conclusions Nursing guiding functional training can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and intermediate frequency in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which has some value and deserves clinical application.
