手术室保温护理对颅脑手术患者术中应激反应及满意度的影响

摘要
目的研究手术室保温护理干预对颅脑手术患者术中应激反应与满意度的影响。方法选取2015-10-2016-12义马煤业集团公司总医院收治的62例颅脑手术病例,分为研究组(n=31)与对照组(n=31),对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上采取保温干预法,对比2组术中应激反应情况、术后不良反应与护理满意度。结果术后2组HR、E、AD、CRP、NE水平均有所降低,研究组HR(68.27±5.06)次/min,E(0.03±0.01)μg/mL,AD(101.57±22.24)pmol/L,CRP(84.65±13.24)ng/L,NE(158.19±30.85)pmol/L,分别低于对照组的HR(78.54±4.92)次/min、E(0.10±0.02)μg/mL、AD(182.95±24.61)pmol/L、CRP(107.93±2.64)ng/L、NE(170.86±34.29)pmol/L(P<0.05);研究组手术部位感染率、高血压发生率及心律失常率均明显低于对照组(3.23%vs 19.35%;0 vs 12.90%;0 vs 12.90%,P<0.05);研究组护理满意率亦明显高于对照组(96.77%vs 77.42%,P<0.05)。结论在颅脑手术过程中采取手术室保温护理措施,可有效改善术中应激情况,减少术后不良反应,提高患者护理满意度。
        Objective To study the effect of heat-preservation nursing in operating room on intraoperative stress response and satisfaction of patients undergoing craniocerebral operation.Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing craniocerebral operation who were admitted to the hospital during the period from October 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.According to different nursing care in the operating room,they were divided into the study group(n=31) and the control group(n=31).The control group was given conventional nursing,and on this basis,the study group was given heat-preservation nursing.The intraoperative stress response,postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The levels of HR,E,AD,CRP and NE in both groups decreased after operation.The HR,E,AD,CRP and NE in study group[(68.27±5.06) beats/min,(0.03±0.01) μg/mL,(101.57±22.24) pmol/L,(84.65±13.24) ng/L,(158.19±30.85) pmol/L]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(78.54±4.92) beats/min,(0.10±0.02) μg/mL,(182.95±24.61) pmol/L,(107.93±2.64) ng/L,(170.86±34.29) pmol/L](P<0.05).The incidence rates of infection at the operative site,hypertension and abnormal HR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(3.23% vs 19.35%,0.00% vs 12.90%,0.00% vs 12.90%)(P<0.05),while the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.77% vs 77.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heat-preservation nursing in the operating room during craniocerebral operation can effectively improve the situation of intraoperative stress,decrease postoperative adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
