红外线体温计与水银体温计在骨科患者测温中的对比研究

摘要
目的比较应用红外线体温计与水银体温计测量骨科患者体温的测量结果差异。方法选取2017年9月—12月骨科住院患者,共计测量体温1 070人次。采用自身对照方法,试验组应用红外线体温计测量额部、颈部,对照组应用水银体温计测量腋温,分别分析正常体温受试者与发热受试者3个部位之间的测量结果差异。结果正常体温受试者额温与腋温测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),颈温与额温、腋温测量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。发热受试者颈温与额温、腋温测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),额温与腋温测量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在保证恰当的测量条件下,对于正常体温受试者,使用红外线体温计测额温可以取代水银体温计进行腋温测量;对于发热受试者,推荐临床中使用水银体温计。
        Objective To compare the effect of infrared thermometer and mercury thermometer in body temperature assessment among orthopedic patients. Methods Patients had been hospitalized for treatment of orthopedic diseases between September 2017 and December 2017 were included in the study, with totally 1070 assessment times of body temperature during hospitalization. A self-controlled study was conducted, in which forehead temperature and jugular temperature were evaluated by infrared thermometer, and the axillary temperature was evaluated by mercury thermometer. The outcomes of three different measurement sites were compared among normal patients and those with fever. Results There was no significant difference between forehead temperature and axillary temperature among normal patients(P>0.05), but was significantly different between jugular temperature and forehead temperature, and between jugular temperature and axillary temperature(P<0.01). In those patients with fever, there was no significant difference in measurement outcomes among three measurement sites(P>0.05), and with significant difference between forehead temperature and axillary temperature(P<0.05). Conclusion For normal subjects, the infrared thermometer is more accurate than mercury thermometer in measurement of the axillary temperature. For fever subjects, a mercury thermometer is still recommended for clinical practice.
