超声评价青年人群胰岛素抵抗对颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响

摘要
目的探讨应用二维超声检查技术评价青年人群胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉内中膜厚度的关系。方法选取70例青年受试者,其中胰岛素抵抗组和无胰岛素抵抗组各35例,应用二维超声检查颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)。根据用稳态模式评估法计算出的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),分析2组受试者的颈动脉内中膜厚度有无差异。结果胰岛素抵抗组颈IMT高于非胰岛素抵抗组,而且随着HOMA-IR值升高,IMT值升高,胰岛素抵抗与IMT增厚呈正相关,胰岛素抵抗是IMT增高的危险因素。结论二维超声检查可以有效评价青年人群胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉内中膜厚度的变化,胰岛素抵抗可以导致青年人群颈动脉内中膜厚度增加。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness and insulin resisitance by two dimensional ultrasound imaging in young people. Methods Seventy young subjects were collected. There were 35 cases in the insulin resistance group and 35 cases in the non insulin resistance group.Carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) was examined by ultrasound imaging. According to the insulin resistance index, which was calculated by the homeostasis model assessment(HOMA) index, The differences of the carotid IMT were analyzed between the two groups. Results The carotid intima-media thickness of the insulin resistance group was higher than that of the non insulin resistance group, and with the increase of HOMA-IR index, IMT increased. Insulin resistance is positively correlated with the thickening of IMT, and insulin resistance is a risk factor for the increase of IMT. Conclusion Ultrasonography imaging can effectively evaluate the changes of carotid intima media thickness in young people with insulin resistance.Insulin resistance can lead to an increase in carotid intimamedia thickness in young people.
