局部备皮对显微血管减压术后患者自我形象及心理状态影响的研究

摘要
目的探讨不同备皮方式在神经外科显微血管减压术中的安全性及其对患者自我形象及心理状态的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年6月-2018年5月在我院神经外科行显微血管减压术的三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛的83例患者,分别采用传统的全部剃头(对照组)和局部备皮(观察组)两种方式进行皮肤准备。分析比较两组患者术后感染发生率、患者对自身形象的满意率、术后住院时间、出院后1个月随访时的焦虑抑郁程度。结果两组患者术后感染发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者对自身形象的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);于患者出院后1个月随访,观察组患者的焦虑程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部备皮应用在神经外科显微血管减压术中是安全的,同时也保护了患者的自身形象,减轻了其焦虑程度。
Objective To study the safety of different skin preparation methods in Neurosurgery micro-vascular decompression(MVD)and its influence on patients' psychological state.Methods 83 cases of trigeminal neuralgia(TN)and hemifacial spasm(HS)patients who underwent MVD in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively reviewed.Partial skin preparation(observation group)was performed separately from the local skin preparation.The incidence of postoperative infection,body satisfaction rate and degree of anxiety and depression at 1month follow-up after discharge were analyzed and compared.Result There was no significant difference in incidence of postoperative infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The body satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety of the observation group was followed up one month after discharge.The degree of depression was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of local scalp is safe in MVD.At the same time,It also protects the patient's own image and reduces the degree of anxiety and depression.
