摘要

随着建筑业的迅速发展,房屋建筑工程逐渐朝着大体量、高品质不断进行突破,从而对基础的施工质量有了新的要求,然而在淤泥软土地质条件下,地基的处理尤为重要,若是处理措施不当,极易对建筑结构造成难以估摸的损失。本文首先介绍了地基概况及初步分析,其次介绍超深淤泥质软土地基加固技术措施选择,最后对地基的改造与加固进行技术措施浅析,供参考。
        With the rapid development of construction industry,housing construction projects are gradually making breakthroughs towards large-scale and high-quality,which has new requirements for the construction quality of foundation.However,under the condition of silt and soft soil,the treatment of foundation is particularly important.If the treatment measures are inappropriate,it is easy to cause incalculable losses to the construction structure.This paper first introduces the general situation and preliminary analysis of the foundation,then explores the selection of technical measures for the reinforcement of ultra-deep silty and soft soil foundation.Finally,the technical measures for the improvement and reinforcement of the foundation are analyzed for reference.
