摘要
施工阶段的造价管理工作在整个项目建设过程的造价工作中占据了重要位置,为了更好地在施工阶段控制工程造价、降低建造成本、提高经济效益,文章运用赢得值法分析造价偏差,简要地介绍了我国施工阶段引起造价偏差的原因,并且提供了一些补救措施,希望可以为相关企业降低工程造价提供帮助。
The construction stage cost management occupies an important position in the engineering cost of the whole project. In order to better control project cost, reduce construction cost and improve economic benefit in construction stage, this paper uses the Earned Value Management to analyze the cost deviation, briefly introduces the cause of cost deviation in China's construction stage, and provides some remedies. It tries to give some references to the related enterprises to reduce engineering cost.
