摘要
目的:探讨γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与慢性肺源性心脏病及心肺功能之间的关系。方法:将2018年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例慢性肺源性心脏病患者作为研究对象,分为急性发作期、临床缓解期,每组30例。另选取健康体检者30例。对比γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与慢性肺源性心脏病及心肺功能之间的关系规律。结果:急性发作期组、临床缓解期组γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平均已超过正常数值,高于健康组;研究显示γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平对FEV_1/FVC%有着一定的影响,且变化规律为γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平越高,FEV_1/FVC%指标逐渐降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显示心功能NYHA级别越高,γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平也随之越高,数据呈正相关(r=0.283,P=0.003)。结论:对于慢性肺源性心脏病患者,测定其血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平,结果显示血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平变化与患者心肺相关指标、病情变化历程等有一定的相关性,值得在临床上进一步开展并进行研究。
        Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of gamma-glutamyltransferase and chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) and cardiopulmonary function.Method:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital were divided into acute attack stage,clinical remission stage,30 cases in each group.and 30 health examination people were selected as the health group,To compare the relationship between the level of gamma-glutamyltransferase and chronic pulmonary heart disease and cardiopulmonary function.Result:The levels of gammaglutamyltransferase in acute episode group and clinical remission group were higher than those in normal group,and higher than those in healthy group.Studies showed that the level of gamma-glutamyltransferase had a certain effect on FEV_1/FVC% and the change rule was that the higher the level of gammaglutamyltransferase,the lower the FEV_1/FVC% index,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher the NYHA level of cardiac function was,the higher the level of gamma-glutamyltransferase.The data were positively correlated(r=0.283,P=0.003).Conclusion:For patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,the serum level of gamma-glutamyltransferase is measured.The results show that the changes of serum level of gamma-glutamyltransferase are correlated with the related indexes of heart and lung and the course of the disease,which deserve further study in clinic.
