摘要
目的:采用统计学和数据挖掘技术,研究分析针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴规律。方法:收集CNKI建库以来针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床文献,建立数据库并进行数据挖掘关联规则和聚类分析。结果:针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变使用频次最高的穴位是三阴交,选用穴位最多的经脉是足太阳膀胱经;关联规则分析显示,穴位间支持度最高的是足三里-三阴交;通过聚类分析得出6个有效聚类群:曲池-合谷、气海-关元、脾俞-肾俞、太冲-太溪、肝俞-胰俞-肺俞、悬钟-昆仑-涌泉-后溪;核心穴位对有:气海-关元、环跳-飞扬、八风-八邪、委中-承山、昆仑-悬钟、后溪-涌泉、梁丘-伏兔。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的主穴包括足三里、三阴交、阳陵泉、曲池和合谷,通过数据挖掘技术剖析临床针灸处方选穴规律完全可行,是一种比较可靠的分析方法。
        Objective: Statistical and data mining techniques were used to study and analyze the rules of acupoint selection in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: The clinical literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic peripheral neuropathy since establishment of CNKI database were collected. The database was established and the association rules of data mining and cluster analysis were carried out. Results: In treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with acupuncture and moxibustion,Sanyinjiao( SP 6) had the highest frequency of use. Most of the selected points came from the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang. Association rules analysis showed that the highest degree of support between acupoints was Zusanli( ST 36) and Sanyinjiao( SP 6). Six effective cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis: Quchi( LI 11-Hegu( LI4),Qihai( RN 6)-Guanyuan( RN 4),Pishu( BL 20)-Shenshu( BL 23),Taichong( LR 3)-Taixi( KI 3),Ganshu( BL 18)-Yishu( Ex-B 3)-Feishu( BL 13),Xuanzhong( GB 39)-Kunlun( BL 60)-Yongquan( KI 1)-Houxi( SI 3). There were 10 pointpairs: Qihai( RN 6)-Guanyuan( RN 4),Huantiao( GB 30)-Feiyang( BL 58),Bafeng( Extra)-Baxie( Extra),Weizhong( BL 40)-Chengshan( BL 57),Kunlun( BL 60)-Xuanzhong( GB 39),Houxi( SI 3)-Yongquan( KI 1),Liangqiu( ST 34)-Futu( ST 32). Conclusion: The main points of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic peripheral neuropathy include Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan,Quchi and Hegu. It is feasible and reliable to analyze the rules of acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion prescription selection through data-mining technology.
