摘要
天然气气缸体铸件结构复杂,壁厚差异大,铸造工艺性差,极易出现各种铸造缺陷,铸件成品率低,直接影响到天然气压缩机整机的装配进程。本文通过分析气缸体铸件结构及技术要求,设计铸造工艺,采用ProCAST仿真模拟软件进行流场、温度场计算及优化,最终确定合理的工艺方案进行生产。经实际生产验证,气缸体各项检验结果均符合技术要求,最终确定了气缸体生产工艺。
        The structure of natural gas cylinder block castings is complex, the thickness difference is large, the casting process is poor, and various casting defects are easy to occur. The low yield of castings directly affects the assembly process of natural gas compressor. By analyzing the structure and technical requirements of cylinder block castings, the casting process was designed, the flow field and temperature field were calculated and optimized with ProCAST simulation software, and a reasonable process plan for production was determined finally. The actual production verifies that the inspection results of cylinder block meet the technical requirements, and the production process of cylinder block was determined finally.
