各种品位硫铁矿烧渣还原生产高品质还原铁的应用

摘要
介绍了高低不同品位硫铁矿烧渣及含金硫铁矿烧渣,采用煤基隔焰式回转窑的新工艺和新装备,还原冶选出高品质还原铁产品及浸取黄金用的还原金属铁粉的方法。该技术和装备对还原煤适应性强、还原时间短、还原温度低、产品指标良好、操作简单。还原剂产生的高纯度煤气可完全回收再利用,并且生产装备产生的烟气排放量少,烟气中含尘(ρ)≤50 mg/m3,ρ(SO2)≤50 mg/m3,均满足工业炉窑大气污染物排放标准。
Various grade pyrite cinder and auriferous pyrite cinder use coal-based rotary kiln methord to produce high quality reduced iron product and leaching of gold with the reduced metal iron powder is described. The technology and equipment has the characteristics of good adaptability,a short reduction time,low reduction temperature,good indicators and simple operation. During the production,the waste emission is less and the dust concentration of smoke gas is less than or equals to 50 mg / m3,ρ( SO2) less than 50 mg / m3,which all meet the requirements of emission standards of industry furnaces atmosphere pollutant.
