以职业素养为核心教学内涵的多元整合式“医学导论”课程教学探索与实践

摘要
目的探讨如何将医学职业素养为核心内涵融入到"医学导论"课程中,优化教学内容、引入以学生为中心的教学方法与评价方式,更好地实现临床医学人才培养目标。方法采用行动研究法,不断优化医学导论课程内容及教学方法的设置;通过问卷调查法,获得学生对医学导论课程的评价。结果将医学职业素养培养融入到"医学导论"八个课程内容中,调查结果显示学生对该课程内容设置的评价及效果的评价均较高。结论医学生职业素养培养是一个系统工程,在医学人才培养低年级阶段,通过"医学导论"进行早期职业素养教育是必要的。
Objective To explore how to train the medical professionalism and the integration of Introduction to Medicine,optimizing teaching contents,improving teaching methods and reforms the inspection way,achieving the talents training goal of undergraduate course of clinical medicine.Methods Action research method was adopted to constantly optimize content and teaching method of Introduction to Medicine.Through questionnaire survey,get the students' evaluation of the course of Introduction to Medicine.Results Medical professional spirit cultivation was integrated into the eight contents of Introduction to Medicine.The results showed that the students' evaluation on the course content setting and the effect of course were both high.Conclusion The medical students' professional spirit cultivation is a systematic project.How to organically combine the ideological and political education to professional education and humanistic quality education in higher medical education workers further research is needed.
