摘要
线性调频信号在雷达探测中广泛应用,但存在距离旁瓣较大影响邻近目标区分的问题。本文针对该问题研究了dbN系列小波函数,构造了db4正交小波包,提出了级联小波包优化雷达信号探测波形旁瓣的设计方法,分析基于小波包的雷达信号的模糊函数,并比较了线性调频信号与基于级联小波包的雷达信号探测波形的自相关特性。理论分析和仿真结果均表明,基于级联小波包的改进雷达信号探测波形可以有效地压缩距离旁瓣。
        Linear frequency modulated( LFM) signal is widely used in radar detection today,however,a bigger sidelobe of which poses a disadvantageous influence on the discrimination of adjacent targets. This paper,aiming at this problem,based on study of db N series wavelet function,constructs db4 orthogonal wavelet packets,and proposes a design method regarding optimization of radar waveform sidelobe with cascaded wavelet packets is proposed in this paper. Meanwhile,the ambiguity function of the radar waveform based on wavelet packets is analyzed,and the autocorrelation characteristics of LFM signal and cascaded wavelet packet based radar waveform is compared.. Theoretical analysis and simulation results both verify the improved signal waveform based on the cascaded wavelet packets can effectively suppress the sidelobe in radar detection.
