摘要
研究了如何利用小波包的相关理论来设计雷达波形,从小波和小波包的基本理论入手,通过分析已有的小波包的特性,提出了级联小波包来构造雷达波形的设计方法。使用自相关函数、模糊函数和时频分布等分析工具,对设计的雷达波形进行了性能分析。理论分析和计算机仿真结果均表明,基于小波包设计的雷达波形与传统的线性调频信号(LFM)相比具有更低的压缩旁瓣和更复杂的脉内特征。文中的研究成果能够为雷达的波形设计提供一种可行的方法和思路。
        How to use the wavelet packet theory to design radar waveform is studied in this paper.Based on the basic theory of wavelet and wavelet packet,the design method of cascading the wavelet packets to construct the radar waveform is proposed,through analyzing the characteristics of the wavelet packet.Three kinds of analysis tools,including the autocorrelation function,the ambiguity function and time-frequency distribution,are used to complete the performance analysis of the proposed radar waveform.The theoretical analysis and computer simulation results verify that the proposed radar waveform based on the wavelet packets shows significant advantages over conventional linear frequency modulated(LFM) for effective range resolution and intra pulse modulation characteristics.The research results of this paper can provide a new and practical idea for the design of radar waveform.
