摘要
将活化剂NOBS应用于羊绒纤维的H_2O_2漂白,构成H_2O_2/NOBS漂白活化体系。通过单因素试验研究各工艺因素对漂白后纤维白度和断裂强力的影响。优化的工艺为:30%H_2O_2 60%~80%(omf),NOBS 1 g/L,pH值8,温度60℃,时间50 min。与常规工艺相比,新的活化氧化体系能有效提升羊绒纤维的白度,减少强力损伤,降低漂白温度。
H_2O_2/NOBS activation system is used to conventional H_2O_2 bleaching of cashmere fibers. The effect of factors on whiteness and strength of the bleached fibers are investigated by single factor test.Optimum process is: 30% H_2O_2 60%~80%(omf), NOBS 1 g/L, pH value 8, and bleaching at 60 ℃ for 50 min. Compared with the traditional process, H_2O_2/NOBS activation bleaching process can effectively improve whiteness, reduce strength damage and lower bleaching temperature of cashmere fiber.
