摘要
介绍了一起220 kV断路器合闸故障的详细经过及其故障查找和原因分析,查明该断路器在线路发生单相永久故障情况下,经"重合闸—加速跳闸"动作过程后,非故障相防跳继电器通过跳位监视回路接通,导致防跳继电器带电,其串入合闸回路的常闭节点断开,导致合闸回路断开。在此基础上提出了有效整改措施,为解决断路器的类似故障提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the detailed process,fault diagnosis and reason analysis of a 220 kV breaker closing fault. It is found out that under the condition of single-phase permanent fault in the line and after the operation process of "reclosing-accelerating trip",the anti-jump relays of the non-fault phases get electrified through the trip monitor circui. The normally closed nodes of the anti-jump relays in the closing circuit are disconnected,resulting in the closing circuit being disconnected. Based on this,an effective rectification measure is proposed providing a reference for solving the similar fault circuit breaker.
