摘要
基于ARM系列高速微控制器,研发了一种便携式、易操作、高精度的自动扶梯梳齿板安全保护检测装置。该装置可以模拟异物夹入梳齿板与踏板面之间,使梳齿板向上或向后移动,通过触发梳齿板安全保护装置,使自动扶梯及时停车,从而完成梳齿板安全保护可靠性的测试,并可检测梳齿板的受力大小以及动作位移,以定量评估梳齿板安全保护装置的灵活程度。
A portable, easy to operate and high precision safety detection equipment for comb plates of escalator is developed based on the ARM series high-speed micro-controller. The equipment can simulate the foreign body sandwiched between the comb plates and the pedal surface and makes the comb plates move upward or backward. By triggering the comb plate safety protection device, the escalator can be stopped in time, thus the reliability of the safety protection of the comb plate is tested. And also the forces and displacements of the comb plates can be detected, so as to quantitatively evaluate the flexibility of the safety protection device of the comb plates.
