摘要
通过在水琼脂中加入不同浓度的NaCl、Na_2SO_4、Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、NaCl+Na_2SO_4、Na_2CO_3+NaHCO_3、NaCl+Na_2SO_4+Na_2CO_3+NaHCO_3来模拟盐胁迫对绿豆种子进行胁迫处理。测定绿豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、相对盐害率以及根长、芽长、根重、芽重、根冠比,来研究不同盐胁迫对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同种类的盐胁迫处理对绿豆种子的发芽率均有不同程度的抑制作用,种子的发芽率随着Na+浓度的增加均呈现不同程度的下降趋势;在不同种类的盐胁迫下,随着Na+浓度的增加绿豆种子的发芽势、发芽指数均呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,而相对盐害率呈现逐渐增加的趋势;不同种类的盐胁迫对绿豆幼苗的生长具有明显的抑制作用,随着Na+浓度的增大抑制作用逐渐增强,但不同种类的盐对幼苗生长的抑制作用有差异。不同种类的盐在相同Na+浓度的胁迫下对绿豆萌发和幼苗生长的伤害程度Na_2SO_4        To study the influence of different salt stress treats on germination and seedling growth of mung bean seed,germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,relative salt damage rate,root length,bud length,root weight,bud weight,root bud ratio of mung bean seed with different salt stress treats at water agar were determined,these salt stress were modulated by different concentrations:NaCl、Na_2SO_4、Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、NaCl+Na_2SO_4、Na_2CO_3+NaHCO_3、NaCI+Na_2SO_4+Na_2CO_3+NaHCO_3.The results showed that different salt stress had different inhibition to germination of mung bean seed,germination rate showed the decline trend to different degrees with the increase of Na+concentration,as well as germination potential and germination index,in contrary,the relative salt damage rate showed a trend of gradual increase with the increase of Na+concentration. Different salt stress treats had obvious inhibition and the inhibition effect increase with the increase of Na+concentration,but different kinds of salt had different inhibiting effect of seedling growth. The damage degree of mung bean seed and seedling growth under different salts and same Na+concentration was:Na_2SO_4
