孕激素治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨孕激素治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:选取本院2011年4月-2013年4月收治的84例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各42例,两组患者均给予刮宫治疗,观察组在此基础上加用孕激素安宫黄体酮,对照组在此基础上加用米非司酮,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的有效率为73.8%,明显低于对照组的97.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度与治疗前比较均明显减小,观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果较佳,能显著降低患者的子宫内膜的厚度,但临床疗效不如米非司酮显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of progesterone treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method:Eighty- four patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment,42 cases in each group.Two groups were all given curettage treatment,the observation group on the basis of this combined with progesterone provera,the control group on the basis of this combined with mifepristone,the clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared.Result:The effective rate of 73.8% in the observation group of patients was less than 97.6% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with endometrial thickness were significantly decreased after treatment,the endometrial thickness in the observation group after treatment was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Provera treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding effect is better,can significantly reduce the patients with endometrial thickness,but clinical efficacy of mifepristone significantly.
