摘要
对华西轻型模块装配式超高层模架系统技术体系进行介绍。对综合模架系统的技术路线、基本组成、全周期建造流程及安装工艺流程进行介绍;对华西综合模架系统技术特点进行分析;将华西综合模架系统与典型重型钢平台系统技术参数进行比较。该综合模架系统采用轻型化、模块化设计、现场装配式安装的思路,结合自动液压大平台顶升技术与爬模自动顶升技术,提高了超高层结构核心筒施工效率。该体系集爬模、顶模优点于一身,具有承载力高、施工高效、操作空间大、系统周转率高、结构收分适应性强、综合效益好等优点,为超高层筒体结构施工增加一种可靠选择。
        This paper introduces the technical system of Huaxi prefabricated super high-rise formwork system for light module. The technical route,basic composition,full-cycle construction process and installation process of the integrated formwork system are briefly introduced. The technical characteristics of the Huaxi integrated formwork system are analyzed. The technical parameters of the Huaxi integrated formwork system are compared with those of typical heavy-duty steel platform system. The integrated formwork system adopts the idea of light-weight,modular design and on-site assembling installation,combined with automatic hydraulic platform lifting technology and climbing formwork automatic lifting technology,which greatly improves the construction efficiency of core tube of super high-rise structure.The system has the advantages of high bearing capacity,high construction efficiency,large operating space,high system turnover rate,strong structural adaptability and good comprehensive benefits. It is an innovative system in the field of formwork engineering,and adds a reliable choice for the construction of super high-rise tube structures.
