归脾汤加减治疗心律失常的Meta分析

摘要
目的运用Meta分析评价归脾汤治疗心律失常的有效性及安全性。方法通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库,时间截至2017年1月。收集归脾汤加减治疗心律失常的随机对照试验/半随机对照试验文献,按纳入和排除标准由2名评价者独立选择试验、提取资料,交叉核对并进行文献质量评价,最后纳入研究的文献使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项研究,均为中文文献,总计772例病人。Meta分析结果显示:归脾汤加规范西药治疗心律失常在临床疗效及心电图改善方面优于规范西药治疗[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.18,1.40),P<0.000 01;RR=1.30,95%CI(1.19,1.41),P<0.000 01]。结论归脾汤加减联合使用西药治疗效果优于单用西药治疗。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guipi decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia by meta analysis.Methods All the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)/semi-randomized controlled trials about the treatment of arrhythmia were collected from the Chinese community(CNKI)and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and the Wanfang database,as of January 2017.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers independently selected the test,extracted the data,crossed the check and carried out the literature quality evaluation,and finally included in the research literature using RevMan5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results Nine trials were enrolled in the study,involving772 patients.Meta analysis showed that.the efficacy and the improvement of ECG of Guipi decoction plus western medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia was better than that of western medicine[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.18,1.40),P <0.000 01;RR=1.30,95% CI(1.19,1.41),P <0.000 01].Conclusion Guipi decoction plus western medicine is better than western medicine alone.
