摘要
肥大细胞(MC)是机体重要的效应性和调节性免疫细胞,为研究流感病毒唾液酸受体在肥大细胞表面的表达情况,我们建立了小鼠和大鼠皮肤、腹腔、肺脏原代肥大细胞的分离、纯化、鉴定方法。通过植物凝集素免疫荧光染色的方法对肥大细胞表面唾液酸受体的表达情况进行定性检测。结果发现,小鼠、大鼠的腹腔和肺脏原代肥大细胞同时表达SAα2,3Gal和SAα2,6 Gal两种常见的流感病毒唾液酸受体,即同时表达禽流感病毒受体和人流感病毒受体。
        Mast cells( MC) are important effector and regulatory immune cells in the body. This experiment was conducted to study the expression of influenza virus sialic acid receptor on the surface of mast cells. We established methods for isolation,purification and identification of moust and rat skin,abdominal cavity and lung primary mast cells. The expression of sialic acid receptor on the surface of mast cells was qualitatively detected by using the method of lectin immunofluorescence staining. The results showed that the SAα2,3 Gal and SAα2,6 Gal receptors were expressed both in the abdominal cavity and lung primary mast cells of mice and rats,which are the avian influenza virus receptors and human influenza virus receptors.
