摘要
商业广场项目为大型商业综合体,地下3层,地上10层,主屋面高度58. 5m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。因建筑功能多,造型复杂,结构平面及竖向存在多项设计难点,除采用SATWE,MIDAS Building软件对结构进行整体分析外,还对关键构件根据其实际受力状态进行单独的计算与分析。简要介绍了项目的结构体系、结构整体设计情况,对结构进行了小震弹性时程分析及大震静力弹塑性时程分析。重点介绍了工程地下室抗浮设计、嵌固端设置和超长地下室的处理措施,大跨钢结构人行天桥设计、36m跨度溜冰场张弦梁屋面设计、溜冰场幕墙抗风柱设计以及大悬挑桁架设计,设计思路可供同类工程参考。
        A commercial plaza is a large commercial complex with 3 floors underground and 10 floors above ground. The main roof is 58. 5 m high and the building adopts the frame-shear wall structural system. Due to many architectural functions and complex shapes,there are many design difficulties in the structural plane and vertical direction. In addition to adopting SATWE,MIDAS Building softwares for the overall analysis of the structure,the key components in the structure were separately calculate and analyzed according to their actual mechanical states. The structural system and overall structural design of the project were briefly introduced. The elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake and the static elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out. The anti-floating design of the basement of the project,the installation of the embedded end and the treatment of the super-long basement,the design of the steel large-span pedestrian bridge,the design of the beam string roof of the 36 m-span rink,the design of the anti-wind column of the rink curtain wall and the design of the large cantilever truss were introduced emphatically. Design process could be used for reference in similar projects.
