农村普惠金融发展路径研究

摘要
大力发展普惠金融是解决我国当前社会经济发展主要矛盾的客观要求,也是全面建成小康社会的重要举措。阐述普惠金融的理念,中国普惠金融发展历程,重点论述政府的支持和金融机构的主动作为,对农村普惠金融发展路径进行了探索。总结归纳中国农村普惠金融发展过程中取得的成就,同时也揭示中国农村普惠金融发展过程中存在的主要问题,并依据国际经验和我国的实践提出八项有益的对策建议。
Vigorously developing inclusive finance is an objective requirement for solving the main contradictions of China's current social and economic development, and an important measure for building a well-off society in an all-round way. The paper expounds the concept of inclusive finance, the development process of China's inclusive finance,focuses on the government's support and the initiative of financial institutions, and explores the development path of rural inclusive finance. The paper summarizes the achievements in the development of rural inclusive finance in China, and also reveals the main problems in the development of rural inclusive finance in China. Based on international experience and the practice of our country, eight useful countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
