公安机关与新媒体代表人士沟通路径研究

摘要
经济的快速发展和科学技术的飞速进步使得网络社交媒体迎来空前的繁荣,由此带来新媒体代表人士迅速崛起并在舆论传播中的作用日益增强。在上海外滩踩踏事件中,新媒体代表人士对涉警舆情的影响主要有:转发信息,引发舆论关注;分析评论,引领公众思考;设置议题,改变舆论方向。公安机关与新媒体代表人士沟通的路径有:为新媒体代表人士提供及时权威的信息;回应新媒体代表人士的关切;有效设置议题,影响新媒体代表人士的关注点。
The rapid development of economy and the rapid progress of science and technology make the network social media usher in an unprecedented prosperity, which leads to the rapid rise of network opinion leaders, and plays an increasingly important role in public opinion communication. In the stampede event in Shanghai, the Bund, the influence of network opinion leaders on the police public opinion mainly includes: forwarding information, causing public concern; analyzing and commenting, leading the public to think; setting up issues and changing the direction of public opinion. The ways of communication between the police and the network opinion leaders are as follows:providing timely and authoritative information for network opinion leaders; responding to the concerns of network opinion leaders; effectively setting up issues that affect the concerns of network opinion leaders.
