心理一致感干预在肿瘤粒子植入患者心理压力与抑郁症状间的介导作用

摘要
目的:探讨心理一致感干预在肿瘤粒子植入患者心理压力与抑郁症状间的介导作用。方法:将560例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,应用心理一致感量表(SOC-13)、知觉压力量表(CPSS中文版)、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)分别对肿瘤粒子植入患者的心理、心理压力、抑郁症状进行有效评估。结果:肿瘤粒子植入患者心理压力平均得分(41.65±8.33)分,心理一致感平均得分(62.35±9.92)分,抑郁症状平均得分(20.82±4.20)分;介导作用的三步检验均有显著性。结论:心理一致感在心理压力和抑郁症状间的介导效应存在,且为部分介导;积极探索有益于心理健康的因素,既能为医护人员对患者心理健康教育提供指导,也为患者保持自身身心健康、减少抑郁症的发生提供帮助。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of psychological congruence intervention on psychological stress and depression in patients with tumor particle implantation. Methods: A total of 560 cases of tumor patients were selected as the research object. The sense of coherence scale( SOC-13),perceived stress scale( CPSS Chinese Edition),Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale( CES-D)were applied to evaluate patients' mental and psychological pressure and depressive symptoms. Results: The average score of psychological pressure was( 41. 65 ± 8. 33) in patients with tumor particle implantation,the average score of psychological coherence was( 62. 35 ±9. 92),the average score of depressive symptoms was( 20. 82 ± 4. 20),and the three step test of mediated effect was significant. Conclusion: Psychological congruence intervention has a mediating effect between psychological stress and depression,and is partly mediated. Actively exploring factors conducive to mental health can not only provide guidance for medical staff to mental health education for patients,but also help patients to maintain their physical and mental health and reduce the incidence of depression.
