福建三钢5#高炉料车主卷扬能力提升改造

摘要
料车卷扬机作为高炉上料关键设备,负责将高炉冶炼所需各种原燃料(焦炭、烧结矿、球团、块矿等)输送至炉顶进行投料。料车卷扬机的平稳运行直接影响高炉生产冶炼的稳顺。本文主要介绍了因5#高炉改造性中修工程炉容扩容,相应的主卷扬能力提升改造过程中,相关主要设备的校核及选型等,以满足高炉扩容后的使用。
As a key equipment for blast furnace feeding, the material hoist is responsible for transporting various raw fuels(Coke, sinter, pellets, blocks, etc.) needed for blast furnace smelting to the top of the furnace for feeding. The steady operation of the hoist directly affects the steady flow of blast furnace production and smelting. This paper mainly introduces the verification and selection of related major equipment for the process of upgrading and reforming the main rolling ability,due to the capacity expansion of No.5 BF, to satisfy the use of blast furnace expansion.
