摘要
对现代工业喷码机喷头控制模块进行设计,该控制模块以C8051F120单片机为CPU,控制喷头打印,与上位机串口通信,是喷码机的一个独立模块。该喷头控制模块的设计包括对硬件电路的搭建和编程,并通过软件控制界面验证喷头驱动功能,为喷码机喷头控制模块提出良好的思路。目前市场喷码机多采用整体式结构,维修成本高,开发性能低,为此文中使喷头控制模块与主板分离,既降低维修成本,又大幅提升主板的开发性,具有广阔的市场前景和发展潜力。
        This paper designs the nozzle control module in the industrial printing machine. This nozzle control module is an independent module of the inkjet printer, in which C8051F120 MCU is used as the CPU to control nozzle print, a serial port is used to communicate with upper machine. The nozzle control module designed in this paper includes the construction and programming of the hardware circuit. Software control interface is used to verify the drive function of nozzle. At present,most of the inkjet printers in the market adopts integral structure,which leads to inconvenient maintenance and lower development performance. This paper separates the nozzle independent module from the main board to reduce the maintenance cost and greatly improve the broad development performance. The new structure has broad market prospects and development potential.
