摘要
为深入研究缸内燃烧参数与柴油机性能以及控制参数之间的关系,选取出最合适的燃烧反馈参数及控制参数,实现基于缸压的燃烧闭环控制,达到对燃烧进行优化的目的。基于GT-Power软件建立了TBD314V8柴油机的仿真模型,并利用试验验证了模型的准确性,通过模型研究了喷油量和喷油提前角对IMEP和CA50的影响,同时分析了柴油机性能随IMEP和CA50的变化规律。结果表明:喷油量与IMEP具有明显的线性关系,喷油提前角与CA50具有明显的线性关系,即喷油量和喷油提前角可用来做缸压闭环控制的控制参数。IMEP和CA50对柴油机性能的影响显著,可用来做缸压闭环控制的反馈参数。
        In order to further study the relationship between in-cylinder combustion parameters and diesel engine performance as well as control parameters, the most suitable combustion feedback parameters and control parameters should be selected to achieve closed-loop combustion control so as to achieve optimal combustion, the simulation model of TBD314 V8 diesel engine was established based on GT-power software and verified via test, the effects of fuel injection quantity and fuel injection timing on the IMEP and CA50 were studied, and the change law of diesel engine performance against IMEP and CA50 was analyzed. The results show that there is a clear linear relationship between the fuel injection quantity and IMEP, and there is a clear linear relationship between fuel injection advanced angle and CA50, which shows that the fuel injection quantity and fuel injection advanced angle can be used as the control parameters for cylinder pressure closed-loop control. IMEP and CA50 have significant effects on diesel engine performance and can be used as feedback parameters for cylinder pressure closed-loop control.
