责任药师在静脉药物配置中心不合理医嘱干预中的应用价值

摘要
目的探讨责任药师在静脉药物配置中心不合理医嘱干预中的应用价值。方法自2016年1月对广东省肇庆市第一人民医院静脉药物配置中心的医嘱实施责任药师干预,比较实施前(2015年1—12月)与实施后(2016年1—12月)不合理医嘱发生率、药师工作幸福感评分及患者满意度。结果实施后不合理医嘱发生率(0.40%)明显低于实施前(5.20%)(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度评分[(84.24±5.61)分]明显高于实施前[(79.32±4.23)分](P<0.05);实施后药师工作幸福感评分[(144.24±23.61)分]明显高于实施前[(106.78±19.23)分](P<0.05)。结论在静脉药物配置中心应用责任药师干预可显著减少不合理医嘱发生,且可在一定程度上提高药师工作幸福感及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the role of responsible pharmacists in the intervention of irrational prescriptions in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods Since January 2016,responsible pharmacists have intervened in the intravenous drug dispensing center of the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. The incidence of irrational medical orders,pharmacists' job well-being score and patients' satisfaction before and after implementation(January-December 2015) were compared. Results The incidence of unreasonable doctor's orders after implementation(0.40%) was significantly lower than that before(5.20%)(P<0.05), and the score of patients' satisfaction after implementation(84.24±5.61) was significantly higher than that before(79.32±4.23)(P<0.05). The scores of job well-being of pharmacists after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation [(144.24±23.61) vs(106.78±19.23)](P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of responsible pharmacists in intravenous drug dispensing center can significantly reduce the occurrence of irrational doctor's orders, and to a certain extent improve the work well-being of pharmacists and patient satisfaction.
