摘要

船舶柴油机"小水套"作为柴油机冷却系统中的一个部件,在柴油机的正常工作中起到重要的作用。受结构和工作条件等因素的影响,"小水套"在一定条件下会产生裂纹。本文结合某轮"小水套"裂纹故障的现象,对其产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的应对措施。
        As a component of the marine diesel engine cooling system, the cooling water jacket plays a very important role for the engine normal working. Affected by factors such as structure and working conditions, the crack will appear on the cooling water jacket under some conditions. The paper analyzes the cause of the crack combined with the failure of cooling water jacket crack of a ship's main engine, and puts forward some related suggestions.
