摘要

"功以才成,业由才广",我国自古至今有着尚贤爱才的优良传统。江苏作为经济大省,高端人才引育成效显著。为实现"两聚一高"奋斗目标,江苏正在大力推进体制机制改革和政策创新,文章分析江苏当前高端人才引育在环境生态、配套措施、诚信、政策导向等方面的问题,并就优化创新创业生态系统,不断增强人才动能,提出对策建议。
        "Excellent ability and knowledge make people successful, and make the ideal and career broad". Sinceancient times, China has a fine tradition which putting talents in an important position. As a large economic province,Jiangsu has effective introduction and cultivation of high-end talents. In order to realize the goal of"strengthening theinnovation and focusing on enriching the people to building a well-off society in an all-round way", Jiangsu has beenvigorously promoting the reform of institutional mechanism and policy innovation. This paper analyzes the currentissues of Jiangsu high-end talents in environment, supporting measures, integrity, policy and so on, and puts forwardadvice to optimize the ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship and to enhance the kinetic energy of talentsconstantly.
